I wound up with Lisa as a trainer around a year ago and it has a been a great experience. While I can head into the gym and perform an hour long workout myself, I very rarely can achieve the feeling of accomplishment that I get after a workout with Lisa. It’s far too easy skipping the last few repetitions in a set because I’m feeling worn out when I’m working out by myself, but with Lisa urging me on to finish up I’m been seeing the improvements I’ve been hoping for.”
