“Hello my name is Chris Thomas & I’m 43 years old. I’ve always been active & in fairly good shape without doing much working out. I noticed as I got in my late 30’s I started gradually adding a couple pounds each year. I also noticed just going up stairs & walking around made me a bit winded. I’ve known Lisa for several years. I finally decided I needed to take control of my life by finding a time in my busy schedule to workout & make better choices. I started working out with Lisa in May of 2014. When I started I weighed about 228 lbs. Lisa helped me set several goals & before long I started my transformation. Over the next several months I’ve lost about 26
